ABS update
RTCA entered into a new era of information and technology when the Rio Tinto Business Solution went live on 3 March.
"A smooth transition to the new solution has been helped by the commitment of our employees to attend ABS training," General Manager Business Improvement Graham Willetts said.
"By 11 April more than 2,000 users will have completed training and be active in the new solution. It's important we continue our impressive training attendance to ensure we make the most out of the new system and processes the Business Solution brings to our business.
"The ABS team would also like to thank employees for their support and patience during the transition. As with any rollout of this magnitude there are always challenges and the support team will continue to resolve these as quickly as possible."
Employees can access Business Solution support from several sources after completing training, including:
• Business Solution key users on site
• The Prospect portal via My Learning, where ABS training materials are accessible
• Calling the RTSS Service Desk on 1300 66 77 03.
