Kestrel extends helping hand

Kestrel Mine employees have raised $1000 to help the local council purchase equipment for a nearby children’s play park. The money was collected in a piggybank on site, topped up each time an employee used the coffee machine.

Kestrel Mine also contributed $500 to a local quilting association to help make 70 quilts, including one with a Rio Tinto logo, for distribution among victims of the recent Victorian bushfires.
